        Comments about Yaktrax, Inc. Sof Sole Women's Coolmax Runner Socks 3-Pack:

        When I ordered these socks, I received WOMEN'S socks. After dealing with Customer Service I was told that I could keep the women's socks and they would reship the correct item. About a week later I got an extremely impersonal email saying: 'Sorry for the inconvenience, the website was wrong and they do not have this particular item (it was correct on the packing slip as well as the website), send the socks back.' I sent an email asking how to go about getting the correct socks and got no reply. I had to call customer service again in order to figure out how to A) get the correct socks (and was told they do not carry them) and B) how to send the other ones back (because it says on their packing slip that $6.50 will be subtracted from your credit and they sent me 2 different UPS labels...) Then I received my final IMPERSONAL reply to my email that did not address these questions. All in all, this was a poor experience and I would not consider ordering from sportsauthority.com again.
