LOVE these for heel pain!

I tried a variety of heel cups and gel pads. They ALL make my feet much happier. (I developed plantar fasciitis heel pain after bombarding them with group exercise classes, a few long hikes, and gardening on a tiered slope.) However, the Sof Soles cost almost twice as much as some similar products . . . but is definitely worth it! Feels like my heels are immersed in thick finger jello, and they absorb shock better than the others I've tried! My heels are in HEAVEN!!!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
