I bought about 4 pairs of this product and the "newer" one. It is complete trash. I would go back to get my money back, but I don't have reciepts and it's just terrible. I put it on every shoe, and it seems like my heels hurt even more than my regular shoes. It cause sharp shooting pains in my heels when wearing these. I don't know if I can make a law suit out of this, but this is UNACCEPTABLE.

    Hey, I'm a twelve year old in the 7th grade who does advanced gymnastics, and many a time I have cracked my bare heel right into either the doorway, or hard cold cement. And I'm here to tell you that the Sof Sole gel pads are the right thing for you if you ever get pains in your heel. They are thin, comfortable, and durable. And they remind me of raw bacon!! How cool is that? They eliminate pain or pulls and add a spring to your step. I use it mainly for either track, or walking or running long distances.
