More power and speed can be yours, or just no fatigue in your foot ever again. Have your therapist or instore sales rep fit you properly and you won't get any problems others spoke of.

I wanted to like these but maybe too much of a good thing? I put these in my new sneakers and I had pain and numbness so I took them out and the new sneakers were then fine. I have used other supportive inserts that weren't as padded with no problems.

I went to Sports Authority to look for new cross trainers. I had started Insanity and I could really feel the shock in my feet from my old cross trainers. I didn't want to spend money on new shoes, but I went to look at them anyway. The guy that worked there told me that maybe I don't need new shoes, maybe I need to change out the insoles. He picked these out as the best seller for high-impact training and sports. Also told me there was a return policy if these didn't work out and I still needed new shoes. Wow, this saved me so much money! These insoles feel like brand new shoes. There are air pockets on the bottom of the ball and heel of the foot. It's perfect for plyometrics in Insanity. I don't feel the shock anymore. They absorb so much more than you would think.
