very good medium action rod fish up to 5 6 lbs for the cost you cant beat it. being double dipped fiberglass its strong but heavy works great for flounder fluke porgies small blues & bass speacially if you have to cast far as 100 to 150 ft out. youll find there isnt many 11 12 foot rods made in medium action
