      I was anxious to try a new product but this product spins for about 15 seconds and then stops. You can't get a workout in 15 seconds. You then have to start all over again. It is pointless!

            About 6 months ago i was referred by my friend that plays softball to get one of these powerballs. She had brought it to my house and i thought it was so cool! When i realized how good it actually worked within less than a minute i knew i had to have one. Not only was it fun to use but it really made a difference in my strength and i was able to see a difference in the way my arms looked after just a couple weeks of playing around with it.
