I came down with a case of achilles tendonitis, a sales associate recommended that I try these when I was shopping for a new pair of Asics. I had Rockport walking shoes on at the time, removed the Rockport insole which was as thin as a piece of cardboard and put these in. I could not believe the result, it was like having a new pair of shoes. The heel pain that I was experiencing previously was gone as a result of the gel pack that is located in the heel of this insole. Highly recommend.

My husband bought a pair of these insoles and I tried them out. I am a avid walker & runner. I put these insolses in my Newton running shoes and OMG what a great feeling of support and comfort! I would highly recommend anyone to try these! They feel great. I am stocking up on these for future pairs of shoes!

I have been a runner for 33 years now and I have owned 3 pairs of these insoles. They have proven to be the most comfortable, cushioned and supportive insoles I have ever owned. I have used them in several pairs of Asics running shoes and they always work for me.

insoles that you can bend in half will do nothing to support the foot. A waste of money.

I highly recommend if your on your feet alot. If you work out they are great. I have feet problems and these have helped me alot. I have them in my Asics gel running shoes and love them..
