    This is a great cushioned running insole. I wear stability runners which aren't as cushioned so I love replacing the insoles with these. They provide a lot of cushioning so my feet feel great on road runs. They last longer than the shoes. I usually only get about 6 months out my shoes for running purposes, but the insoles are usually still good and I transfer them to my new pair. This is the second time I have bought these insoles. Good note, this is a replacement insole. SO you need to take out the old one before putting this one in. This particular type does not need to be trimmed to fit, which is nice.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
