    These work great for me. They support my arches so that my foot fits in my sneakers correctly. They take away foot pain I was having in the ball of my foot.

        I have used this product for several years and always purchased them for any new running/hiking shoes. I have purchased several new ones, but they have changed the product and made the heel thicker than it used to be so my heel is not able to seat properly in the shoe. I made this purchase hoping that this was possibly just a few instances, but every one that I have received is the same way. Very disappointed in the fact that they changed something that was perfect.
