The halfway through the first bucket of balls The head of the #5 fairway wood goes flying, took 10 min to find it then I noticed another one in my bag was just hanging on by a thread. The sales guy said we should have bought the insurance but he called the manager and Christopher took care of us. He called the main office to look up our purchase( we lost our receipt)and got a refund in about 15 min. Will be looking for a higher end product.

I tried these at the store while looking for a second set of clubs. I choose them off the floor (last rh set available) over a set of Wilsons and Tommy Armours. I have a set of Callaway Big Bertha Gold graphite irons and some used woods that I leave at my vacation condo where I am part owner of a nine hole pitch and putt course. I can't easily travel with them. The Rams are a good match for my new long game. The Driver is great, woods are good, the irons are comfortable to use and I love the two hybrids....even the staff at the local course I play at were impressed by the look and feel and the price of this complete set. So far so good. I added a Ram Tour Grind SW and G wedge to the bag. The staff at the store was very helpful and replaced the missing semi mallet putter with a full mallet Ram putter, so I guess that was a free upgrade.

Two of the driver heads came off while hitting my first bucket of balls. Sports Authority has a, you use it, you own it return policy. As in if you find out your new set of clubs are defective you need to ship them to Manchester, England to try to resolve any warranty issues. I should have known when the kid that sold them to my wife pushed really hard for her to get and extended warranty. Oh and if you go to the RAM internet sight they don't recognize these clubs anymore. Well done Sports Authority, everyone wins but the customer.

These work great for me. Bought them in Dec 2011 in Hawaii to leave there at my condo to save my custom club set from airline damage. I use the 3 wood, all the irons and the putter. My neighbour from home is a near scratch golfer with major brand name clubs. He hit my Ram irons on the range and was astonished at by the great feel and control. Thanks for having these available at a moderate price!

I went to the store to try these and Wilsons. Tried wilsons in the store and the shafts are way to soft and weak so I went with these. Bought these and went to the range the same day, I did very well for a novice. I remeber this brand from when I was a kid and my dad used them back in the 80's.
