    I sent this to you on March 3 and was told it was transferred to the online customer service department.
    To whom it may concern,

    I originally bought the Under Armour Igniter sunglasses from you. When I got them home, I realized that they were crooked. I returned them to your Nampa store and had to order another pair because you were out of stock. When myself and the excellent customer service rep were processing my order, we both noticed that the picture associated with the product online was incorrect. The picture showed the UA Zone pair with the Igniter name. Before I ordered them I mentioned to the rep that I hope they dont send the wrong ones. Well, sure enough, it happened. I'm not upset about it be ause I do like the Zone's and I plan on keeping them. I just wanted to inform you of the problem so you can fix it for future sales. By the way, the picture on the boxes even shows the igniter on it with the zone in it. I have shopped with SA for many, many years. For all my sports needs, I see you first and have never had issue until now. I hope you can fix this so no one gets upset with you and puts you through a hassle. I have attached some photos to show you exactly what I received. Have a great rest of the year. Oh and stay dedicated to the dedicated.
