I have a gym in my house. I do a lot of traveling and I was concerned about strength training while I'm traveling. I use this system to supplement my strength training while I'm on the road. It fits easily into my carry-on suit case, it's easy to set up, and it works the core muscle groups. I also take this along in my RV. I slip it through the hand rail at the exit door. I find that I loose nothing while I'm away for weeks at a time. I would recommend that you use weight training gloves because for some exercises the handles do rub the back of my hand (ie. standing curls). Weight gloves help significantly. This is a good option if you need a cheap gym that you can use just about anywhere.
I bought this product as a cheaper alternative than free weights in the P90X workout. The bands work great, but sometimes the handles can get a little uncomfortable because they are solid plastic, but was never a big problem.
The door attachment had me a little unsure that it would hold up will, so I upgraded to the "heavy Duty" door attachment.
I bought this product for the P90X workout because im going to college and i want to finish the workout without bringing up a lot of heavy weights to my apartment. So i have been trying it out and bands are an easy adjustment away from free weights and i love the ease of interchanging weights by just stepping on the bands differently and changing them out. But, the only thing that really bugs me about this product is that the handles are REALLY HARD on the back of your wrists! if your doing any motion that involves a bicep curl to your chest or above your head, the handles cut into your wrists. I wanted to soften it up by taping a piece of cloth to the back but i'de rather just return it for a bodyfit cable system, since the handles are made from cloth. great product, just one major setback; in my opinion.
