The Jungle Gym XT is the best suspension trainer I've ever seen. The advancements of this model that separate it from other trainers make it the perfect compliment to my weight training. Now I can use unlimited range of motion and angles for all my body weight training. They also seem to be sturdy and indestructible. They perpetually keep my workouts challenging and exciting.
I purchased the Jungle Gym XT after reading reviews about it on the internet and watching videos about the product on YouTube. I'm glad I did! I use it connected over a door but I've ordered the wall anchors and will install them soon. Also, the LifeLine company is in the midst of developing a " monkey tree " which is a stand that is similar to those found in their gyms for home use. When that becomes available I'll definitely purchase one. This is one great system and the inventor, Jon Hinds, has a great website and newsletter that demonstrate various exercises. You CANNOT get bored with this thing! I'd certainly recommend the system as a low-cost total workout system!
This is a great product. Unlike the Trx system the XT has two points instead of one. This makes it use far great then that of the trx plus its half the cost how can u beat that.
I use the product three days a week, and I can work my entire body in less than an hour. The product is very sturdy and well designed. The Jungle Gym forces you to engage your core, which is the most dreaded area for most people. It also cause one to practice good form in order to see results. It's better than the TRX for 1/2 the price. If you learn how to use the product, I have no doubt that you would appreciate it.
