              I am very disappointed with the North Face Jacket I ordered. On the website, it shows a Graphite jacket with a Yellow zipper and yellow North Face symbol but I received a graphite jacket with a black zipper and only the North Face symbol in yellow. The jacket was not what I ordered and they shipped me something totally different and ugly looking.... not happy with it all all.

                Great product, I bought it for my13th years old son, he wear it all the time! Needed to buy the size XL so it's long enough and a little bit to large. Fortunately, he will wear it next year also!

                  My 20 year old son loves it! I thought maybe he wouldn't like it in red but to my surprise he loves it! He wears it practically everyday, we live in the suburbs of Chicago and the weather has been excellent for it. It has a nice fit and is really soft. I'm thinking about buying my husband one. I over heard him complementing our son, so I guess that means "hey why didn't I get one"...too funny. Excellent! Well pleased!
