      So far, I have ran at two meets with these spikes and my times have definitely improved! These spikes will help you run on your toes and are used for sprinting. It was a bit of a squeeze, but it fit my foot well and I loved them. I am usually a size 6-7 and I got a 6.5 for these. I have also noticed that the spikes get worn out easily, but that isn't really a problem because I can replace those.

        I'm a teenager in high school and I was extremely worried i would get the wrong type, but these are perfect! I run great in them. The shoes force you onto your toes giving you the best run. Overall these shoes are awesome!

            I personally think it was amazing it, made me win my 4 by 1, 4 by 2, and 4 by 4. It was a lot of work on one shoe and it still came through. I can not wait until my next track meet to show them who is best. Also they are unbelievably cute. It is amazing, if you do not by this what a lost.
