The image that is advertised on the website for the black ugg boot is incorrect. You think you'll receive the burnished leather ones but instead you get the plastic shiny leather ones. I ordered them thinking they were the ones in the picture on their site and received the shiny black plastic ones. I returned them and requested a replacement order and the second order contained the same shiny black plastic looking ones. I contacted customer service and they advised that the shiny ones were the only ones they had in stock. I advised them that they should change the picture of this item because they are wrongfully advertising a product they do not carry.

I LOVE these shoes. I first bought them in dark brown, and then decided to purchase them in black. These shoes are the perfect combination of warmth, style, and versatility. I wear these shoes with jeans and with work pants. The rubber traction on the soles is great and the heel is a non-issue. I can literally walk for miles in these and my feet would still not hurt. The shoes are a bit pricey, but if you divide the price by the number of times you wear them, it is well worth it. I usually flip up the white inner lining so that it looks like a calf boot. It's cute either way--with skinny jeans flipped out as an ankle boot, or flipped up as a calf boot. I usually wear them as a calf boot and put my pants over it.
