the tip ferrule fell out-got in touch with Shakespeare- asked if there was a parts available and inquired about warranty- was told they did not have "parts" but if I furnished them with proof of purchase, picture of damage. Upon their inspection they would determine if it was indeed warranty. P.S. They also would charge a 9.95 handling fee up-front. I told them to keep their warranty and went to Walmart and bought a repair kit for $3.
