Not good for Illinois skier flag law

Comments about HYPERLITE Accurate "Skier Down" Waterskiing Flag:

This flag is not good for the new Illinois skier flag law. This is not a problem with this flag, it works just fine as a "skier down" flag which is only held up when the skier is actually down. The Illinois' law requires the flag to be flown from the time you are putting a skier into the water until the time they are out of the water and back in the boat. The stress that is put on the flag while skier is in tow is too much for this flag. I have even tried a fabric version by another company and it ripped on the first day. Find a heavy duty canvas flag or have one made.
