        I bought this ball for my 7 year old to use as she learns the game, and it is a fantastic ball. It doesn't sting, and no complaints about pain when she passes or serves. I also coach 3rd and 4th grade volleyball, and these softer, lighter, volleylites are essential for this age group. Highly recommended, and worth the extra money!

          Just started coaching my daughter's 4th grade volleyball team. I was hesitant because I remember how painful it was to learn when I was in 7th grade. I had bruises up and down my arms from the hard heavy balls we used. I was so excited that our league uses these awesome balls! They are much lighter than the ones we used and don't hurt to bump on your forearms. Perfect for young beginners!! Love it!
