      Comments about THULE 1022841 THULE Quest Roof-Top Cargo Bag:

      Rippid first use. Went 2 hours up the highway (under the speed limit and bag ripped down the seam. The rip was only about 3-4 inches long and I diddnt have an option not to use the bag for the return trip so I took my chances... About an hour on the road on the way home the other side of the bag had a rip about 10 inches long...Lost some of my clothing and was forced to have passengeers hold remaining cargo for the rest of trip home...Furthermore Thule refuses to respond to any of my e-mails in order to provide me with a replacement or refund. Horrible product and horrible customer service!!!
