I bought a medium in this suit because it seemed like a decent deal as an extra. However, I am 5'8, 160, and fairly lean. The suit was tight on my waist, big on my legs, and tight on my top. The material is fairly soft. The suit is also mostly a blue color, rather than a gray. The kneepads are very cheap, compared to a quality suit like Xcel or Fourth Element. I think this suit is intended for surf, but this site doesn't describe it well - it is a 3/2mm Men's Pro 3 Flatlock Fullsuit.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
