This is a fantastic ball, really nothing to complain about. It doesn't actually wear out too fast if used on fields only, but it shouldn't be expected to have the life of a less expensive synthetic ball because of its genuine leather cover. Excellent ball for competition! If you plan on using it for all-around use (including possibility of hitting asphalt or concrete), probably not a wise choice due to price.

Purchased 6 balls for team in Brazil in December 2011. 1 went flat in January, would not hold air again. Should not happen for an expensive ball like this. Called Wilson, said they replace ball within 1 year, but have to send to them. Will not ship back to Brazil though they have representatives here. Ball is ONLY for grass and game situations, scuffs otherwise. Too expensive to practice with, wearing it out. Dye does bleed off when cleaning. Purchase brush to clean, and hand pump and air gauge to measure proper inflation (11-13 lbs). Do not used compressed air! Other balls seem fine at this point. Otherwise, nothing better than the original to use.

the balls paint comes off when water touches it and all your hands get red. also some of the guys i was playing with said the ball had to much air in it. i like the ball only to throw because the grip is good to throw. but other then that don't buy this ball cause the paint on the leather comes off.
