          I use these trail shoes to walk on gravel roads. They are awesome. Good thing they are black so you cannot see the dirt, but bad thing they are black because they are hot in the sun. My favorite color purchased years ago was the army green color. A medium brown would be nice.

              I love Mizuno's Wave Riders for street running but needed a new trail runner so tried these and Mizuno hasn't let me down! Good shoe. I usually wear a 7.5 is non-athletic shoes but wear an 8 in Mizunos.

              The price was great. I mostly use them for running indoors right now but that will change soon because we are moving by some trails. I love the shoes with the exception that they are on the heavier side.
