Comments about Exerpeutic 400XL Foldable Recumbent Bike:

Bought this bicycle because I have a small room. It broke 1 month later. the belt part was defective, so I contacted the manufacturer. The part was replaced, but after a couple of uses it broke again. Contacted the manufacturer, and I was advised that probably these bicycles are all defective. Very frustrating, since we can't get the money back or at least a store credit.

My husband is ok with it. We got it for both of us but its so uncomfortable for me I probably wont use it.The Tention Belt was off when it came we had to take apart to get to the belt finally got it on and it works ok now. I would have liked it better if the back of seat was curved or leaned further out.

Comments about Exerpeutic 400XL Foldable Recumbent Bike:

Got this to use after total knee replacement. Have had it about three weeks. It was very easy to set up, move around, and we like the semi-recumbent style. The unit is easy to get on and off.

Very quiet, smooth and the tension adjustments work well.

The only con I have is I'm 6' tall with 31" inseam and the highest adjustment point on the seat does not let me extend my knee fully, could have used another 3-4 inches. Other than that, a great unit for the price, and you can fold it up for storage if you need to!
