        I found these about 1988 and have been using them ever since. It is finally time to throw away the first few pairs. They are great for running, gym workouts, or sports where the foot needs cushion that does not bunch up at all. Bravo Thorlo!

                I bought these for my son-in-law about 6 years ago and he is still wearing them - under his cowboy boots. He works with cattle daily, so is on and off horses constantly. He said he has never had socks that last even a quarter as long or wear as well as his thorlos. They recently had a new baby and I was there helping out when my daughter commented that the socks I was folding were the ones I gave him 6 years ago. I think it was a hint that I could buy more.
