I wear it to work, and have shoulder pain. It seems like it reduces stress, but then again I could just be having better days at work! No sure way to tell. But why not give it a shot?

i use the phite nall the time i never take it off besides when i know ill get it wet so ill take it off but besides that its alwayss on i love it and im purchasing my 5th one now.
