This rpoduct is good for walking or hicking; however, do not intent to run with it. You will spend a lot od time picking it up from the floor. Other than that, I think, it is a great product.

        Would not buy this again. Since the first time I used it, I have had problems with the bottle leaking. Lost close to half of my fluids on a run.. Have replaced the bottle with another one and it is okay, but there is a lot of bounce with a full bottle of water.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
