I have liked everything about this exercise bike except trying to set up the programs. Exercising without programming (setting resistance level and starting) is easy and the bike does a wonderful job of being smooth, quiet, and comfortable. I have exercised throughout my adult life and have had both hips replaced. Because of all the positives, I would definitely make the same decision of buying this bike again.

Bike arrived incomplete (missing parts). Could not assemble, notr could we get replacement of the missing parts form Sports Authority, so it was returned.

The bike is solid. Very sturdy, quiet, plenty of resistance, versitile and comfortable to use. Heart rate monitor is solid and seems very accurate. I did have issues adding myself as a user and had to get out the manual to set myself up but setting a quick workout or Guest User is very easy to setup without the manual.

Overall I am very pleased with this Bike, my only criticism is the small print and size of the installation manual. I ended up downloading the install manual from the internet so I could size it to my liking. The only other negative I see with this bike is the electronics have no way of being upgraded. You get what you get and as electronics evolve you will not be able to upgrade short of buying a new control panel.

Dealing with Sport Authority was very solid as I did not have any issues or surprises. I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

I was looking for a bike that I could use 3-4 times/week for a good cardio and saw this came highly recommended. It's been 3 weeks and I love this bike. There's variety in the workout programs and perhaps the biggest positive is how quiet and smooth it operates.

I purchased this bike almost a month ago and it is still sitting because it does not work. I have called and emailed and they keep wanting me to spend more money on a volt meter to test connections. I am very very frustrated and I am going to take this piece of junk back to Sports Authority for a refund.

All it was advertised to be and more...[...]..you can get tremendous feedback from the display....rehabing after heart surgery this machine gives me all I want with low impact to my ageing knees and back..I considered a lot of machines..best bang for the buck out there...Go for it if you're on the fence!!!

have only used it three times but so far so good. husband put it together in about 1.5 hours with no problems. very quite. think it will be a great product

I got this bike after trying it at my mom's house. I have a hip injury and cannot walk/run or use a regular bicycle. The bike doesn't work--the electronics are messed up and Schwinn has been dinking around with us, but I'm hopeful that this week we'll get a technician out to fix it. I'm bummed about my purchase.
