Thhis was a great toy for my 6 yr old son, it was the perfect fit for his age group, we loved the ability to turn 360 degrees while riding it. The weight capacity of 160 lbs was high enough that it allowed for my 9 and 11 yr olds to ride as well, now they all fight over it. I just wished I had bought this for my children much sooner. I do worry about it falling on it's side as it spins soo fast when riding, but my husband reminds me that it shouldn't because of its design, so parents may want their children to wear a helmet when riding.

My son loves this! He rides it every day in the driveway and spins around and has tons of fun. It is really great if you have two of them to play with siblings and friends.
Gift for my 10 year old for his birthday. He rode fop 2 hours the first night he got it and only stopped because it was time for bed. Then the next day after school he aske to have friends over so they could all have a turn. After a turn by all they were asking their parents for one ofr their birthday. They were a bit daring bu going fast but I didnt worry since it was low to the groung.

My 5 year old got one of these from Santa for Christmas. My 6 year old loved it so much, we had to take part of his Christmas money and order one for him. Every day that it's nice, they've gotten on them. And, it's not the most comfortable, but my husband and I both have gotten on it for a spin.

My two children 5 and 6 received the Rip Riders for Christmas. The kids are having so much fun with them and want to ride them all the time. I do advise to always wear your helmet since my daughter has tiped over on it once while making a spin. The kids have to get the feeling and will recognize when they need to slow down. Bottom line the kids love them and want to ride them which we are happy since they are ultimatey exercising and having fun.

What makes the Rip Rider bike so much better than the original? For one thing, a stylish steel frame that's super durable and provides a smooth ride with easy downhill coasting and pedaling. Not to mention the replacement of the two large back wheels with dual inclined castor wheels. Carefully engineered, the rear castors allow for resistance-free drifting, spinning and coasting at incredible speeds. The acceleration, free-wheel motion and smooth turns provide an exhilarating experience for all riders. The Rip Rider 360 bike is also known for helping children to improve their balance and body awareness. While learning how to spin, drift and twist on the Rip Rider, your child will be utilizing core muscle groups that aren't often worked.
The Rip Rider 360 uses the same RipStick technology that makes RAZOR scooters and skateboards so famous. This unique technology lets your child make a full 360° turn when skidding to a stop. There's no need to worry about replacing plastic tires either. The Rip Rider trike's castor wheels can swivel and pivot to minimize wear and tear. The Rip Rider 360 Caster Trike weighs 20 pounds, mostly due to its steel frame, and measures 38 x 24 x 24 inches. The Rip Rider is recommended for riders between the ages of five and 17 and the maximum weight limit is 160 pounds. Safety equipment such as helmets, elbow pads and kneepads are highly recommended for riders of all ages.
