Years of refinement have produced this true mountain bike icon that fills fat tires quickly and painlessly. The Blackburn® Mammoth mini pump features a TwistGrip III presta/Schrader head that can fill nearly any tire. The lightweight aluminum barrel fits neatly into your pack, while the folding handle allows a firm grip.
Features
TwistGrip III head can adapt to either presta or Schrader valves
Once I found the manual online, I was able to get the pump working. Why it's not included is beyond me. Scroll down to "Mammoth pumps" on the page for the instructions.[@]
I'm surprised to see people complaining. I had this pump for 3 years and it's fine. here is a BUT. There are two models, one with a plastic adaptor and with an AL adaptor. I have the plastic one and regret it. The adaptor is inside the mouth and has to be turned upside-down for a different kind of valve. I did not know that and damaged the adaptor trying to use it the wrong way. That's why I have a little trouble now making a proper fit, but once that's done it works perfectly. Very fast and easy.
I've had this pump for about 2 months now, and it has broken the valve-stem on 3 Presta Tubes, costing me more money than just buying a new tube every time it went flat. Ridiculous. Don't waste your money on the poor products Blackburn manufactures.
HOWEVER, I did just purchase Lezyne Pressure Drive Pump from a local bike shop, a bit more expensive initially but much better in the long run.
