This was my first Mizuno purchase. I've heard good things and frankly was highly disappointed at first. I ran a few miles in them and my hips and knees were hurting, not to mention rubbing and blisters on my feet. However, after a hike up Skyline (1.5 miles up a "very strenuous" mountain trail in Alaska) and a 10 mile run, these shoes are AMAZING. They are so lightweight and supportive, I can feel shock absorbance in every step. I would definitely recommend them.

These shoes were great for me. I run long distances. i have neck problems so i need realy good cushion in my shoe, and i had mimial to no pain in my neck.

I was in search of new pair of lightweight shoes with stabilty through the ball of the foot-which my podiatrist recommended after seeing I was running in the wrong type of shoe-for my bunions and high arches.

When I first tried this shoe on the comfort in the toes and ball of the foot was absolutely amazing. My foot pain has dramatically reduced with this shoe due to lack of pressure on my bunions and good arch support. I am currently using them on asphalt/concrete surfaces as there is still too much snow to access the trails. I look forward to getting them dirty on the trail to determine the overall stability and support.

I am finally able to walk up to 2.5 miles without debilitating foot pain! Even with new orthotics from a certified orthotist, I was unable to walk much more than 3/4 mile without increasingly bad foot pain...until I began wearing these shoes. The netting that covers the shoe makes them very breathable, but is hard to clean without scruffing it up. Be advised to order these shoes a half size larger than you normally wear.

I use these shoes on my easy runs on the road and on the tredmill. As a runner, this fit is unlike any other I have tried before. What blows me away is that this shoe is a high end, durable cushioning shoe while remaining exceptionally lightweight! Other cushioning shoes are heavier and feel bulky on my runs but the Wave Creation 12 got it right!

I have always gotten Mizunos for running. These shoes cause immediate blisters on both feet. I knew they fit funny right when I put them on. Shoes are WAY too tight around the heel area and ripped the inside of my feet up. Horrible, horrible shoes.
