I think it is completely irresponsible of you to not let customers know that you and the Sports Authority store are not the same company. Returning an item was a pain in the butt. The operator whom I spoke to with the online store said I could bring it back to any store and get a refund. The reason I was doing this was because I needed to order a different size, so I ordered a different version of the same item, hoping to get money back on the first one.
