    One of the best mouth pieces on the market. Easily to fit, stylish, and comfortable. I use this for competitive olympic-style Tae Kwon Do and this is mouth piece really lasts even after chewing on it and hard bites.

      I use this recreationally, but the adult size is too big. Make sure you get the right size. I'm going to have to go with a child's size and hope it's big enough.
