these are great bags, I've owned mine for about 7-8 years, its traveled with me through school to bootcamp, several moves and daily use and still looks like i just bought it. It has a large interal capacity; it can hold my laptop in its waterproof sleeve, my lunch box, a raincoat, a change of clothes, my camera, ereader, my mp3 player, several pens, a notepad, and water bottle, though mine has a mesh pocket on the side. I'm not looking to replace my bag yet but if i ever need to it will be a jansport.

After seeing the return policy and costs involved even though it wasn't our mistake, it wasn't worth the hassle of returning. Lesson learned.
Bought this bookbag for my daughter. I originally bought a Jansport for an older daughter 3 years ago in Junior HS. She still has it and is using it in HS. It's very durable and strong. And for the price, it saves from having to buy a new book bag for each child every new school year.
This is an awesome product, but the color appears RED on the computer screen and it's color name is Majestic. When it arrived, it was not red. It was actually hot pink and the full color name listed on the tag was Majestic PINK. I would have swapped this out for another color option, but my son only wanted red and none were available in this particular model.
