The product itself is fine. The sizing should be explained. Typically a small would fit a small adult or a teen. After ordering and receiving a small, we went to a different website to order a medium and the sizing was explained. The "small" was for young children.

I use these knee pads at volleyball practice, scrimmages, games, and just playing at the gym with friends. They stay in place they are snug but not too tight. They were better than my other brand because they aren't bulky, and they look great. The only thing that you need to worry about is that the sizes run smaller than others. I had a medium in my others and I had to get a large in these. Other than that, they work great.

This kneepad works great & was well worth it!
It is sleek and fits right. Girls love this kneepad for its not bulky looking!

Howver, I recomend that you buy a size larger than you normally would. Its very tight.

I was looking for knee pads that are breathable & comfortable and these were just perfect. These knee pads don't slide around and let your legs breathe, so they don't cause a lot of sweat build up. Just be aware that the teen size is Medium and the adult size is large.
