I bought these gloves initially to keep my hands warm in between track and field throwing events. When it came to football season, i was playing drums in the school band and started wearing them to keep my hands warm. I also used them as a liner glove for snowboarding and other winter activities. I would recommend these gloves to anybody.

I initially ordered these youth size gloves for my daughter who plays soccer. They were extremely large on her and actually fit both her dad and I(mom). I have taken over the gloves and had to find her others so that she could wear them during outdoor soccer games. I never was able to find her any that actually fit a child.

I bought these gloves for my 10 year old son, because his hands get extremely cold during evening football practice and morning games. They have a little bit of a gripping surface on the palm side of the gloves, which seems to help. I would recommend them!
