    The biggest problem is that the rubber becomes very soft after dip into the hot water and becomes hard after leaving it. However, it's still too hot to be put into the mouth. Once it's cooled down, its shape is hard to be changed. Maybe I don't follow the instruction very carefully, so I need to reshape it again to see what will happen.

    Great for High School Football, this is the one I used, go to your local Sports Authority and buy a Nike mouthguard, they are much more comfortable, but this is a close second.
