Broke in 5 swings

By Jon-O

Comments about RAWLINGS Adirondack Pro Ash 325 Light Baseball Bat:

I am 16 years old, hit five balls in practice pitched by the coach, and it broke, I cannot believe it, Sports authority won't replace it nor will Rawlings, way to destroy my faith in both of you to sell a good product or replace it when it is not good, I love the sport and this is really disheartening to me. You can be sure Rawlings will not be on my shopping list any time soon. And I am not too happy with you either Sports Authority.

Comments about RAWLINGS Adirondack Pro Ash 325 Light Baseball Bat:

some reviewers don't seem to understand ALL wood bats eventually break. This is especially true if you don't know how to hit with one - it's not aluminum. The trademark must always be 90 degrees (up or down) from point of impact. Lighter bats use less dense wood and generally aren't as strong as heavier bats from the same kind of wood. Treat it right, and it will work well. Stay away from those dimpled machine pitched balls with any wooden bat!

The bat is extremely well balanced and generates high bat speed. Excellent bat for smaller and weaker players and those patient enough to let the ball get close to or over the plate where a quick bat can get you a hit.
