      My daughters play competitively year round and will only wear these knee pads. They provide excellent protection on indoor courts and come in several sizes. We have been purchasing this brand/ style due to the VS design and Mizuno name and have only been satisfied. Both my girls require constant knee protection and these pads have not failed either of them!

        Good volleyball knee pads overall. Light and adequately padded. These are NOT knee braces for support but are pads to help minimize impact. Been using mine at least three times a week and my knees are thankfull for them.
