      I have trained and ran two marathons among many smaller runs (10k &12k) with wave prophecy 14 and I love them!! I had lower backaches prior to wearing Wave Prophecy 14; I no longer have those backaches. Seriously, I didn't make any other changes other than switching my shoes. I am so happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone that runs.

        Love the Wave Prophecy!

        I have done a few short runs and 2 15+ mile runs in these shoes. I LOVE them. Once your foot hits the ground, the shoe helps spring your foot back up. In other brands of shoes, anything more than about 12 miles would make from the ball of my foot to my toes ache for a day after the run, but I have yet to experience any foot discomfort during or after my 2 15+ mile runs in these shoes.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
