Ordered a[$] machine and did not work despite working with their support team and had to wait two weeks before hearing anything back from Sports Authority. Each time I called sports authority for a new shipment, I was told that a replacement machine has been shipped or will be shipped immediately. After waiting for several weeks without response, SA team says that that they are waiting for the vendor to respond. What a class customer service. No courtesy at all to let the customer know of delays or any notice/reasons for delay.
