Great for the couch, hangovers, etc... If you want to get one and actually use it for working out, then I suggest you go down a size. I'm on the bubble between medium and large (6'1", 200) depending on the company. A medium would've been good for cold weather runs etc... the large makes a better blanket than anything else because it is SO big and boxy.
