The SA website didn't allow me to designate an inseam length so they sent a 30 when I need a 32. I sent the pants back over a month ago and haven't heard anything about a refund or replacement. The refund/replacement process is very vague on the website. I am concerned that I will lose the [$] I spent on these.

on the online website they did not list the length of the pant so ofcourse they were to short!
no one when I called could help or understand how to pick the length.

Also it is ridiculous that you can't use your spoets authority credit card on the site!
