I bought this helmet about 2 years ago as I was getting back into skiing after a 16 yr hiatus from the sport.

I didn't want to spend a fortune, but I wanted great protection & comfort. I got a great value and met my other needs with the Watts.

I needed a certain type of visor to accommodate my old Scott goggles and the Watts did that. Luckily, I've only taken a few minor tumbles and haven't really hit my head. If I did though, I would feel safe with this helmet.
