Easy to put together. Sturdy. Folds up easily for better storage. It can be a little noisy the faster and harder you "row." Love having the convienience of a full body work out in my living room. I gave it 5 stars because it's a great deal for the money. I couldn't afford the top notch row machine, but this one works out just great.
