    How you use this product in my opinion is you should at least have 2 people playing and then you pop it up or throw it up in the air too the other side and you take turns kicking (the ball) back and forth. Things that are great about this thing is that if you are a competitive soccer player (like me) you should at least master this product in a month or two if you practice at least every day or two. Things that aren't so great about this product are that if it rains you need to put it under a covered dry area so it won't fly or roll away.
