The shoe feels about 1/2 size too small. I wear a men's size 13 shoe, so I bought a size 13. But my big toe hits the front of the shoe now and then on a normal stride.

Love these shoes but they run a half size small so these didn't fit. Just returned them and I can't find any more of this shoe on line anywhere...very dissapointed. Should put in shoe discription that they run small as I have seen others complain about this as well. Now I can't get this shoe and I'm bummed!

Bought this shoe and right out of the box used them for a backcountry hike. Awesome shoe and will never buy another tennis shoe. Now I wear them for casual wear and they simply preform great. I wear wide and was concerned about Merrell not offering this shoe in wide, but the way the tongue is constructed the shoe width expands and fits perfect. Highly recommend this shoe to all my friends.

I had a pair of these for about 10 years, and although they held up, they were a bit rank. I could not find them anywhere, and then saw them at Sports Authority. I had to order them to replace my old friends. Very comfortable and durable!

Be sure they fit at the store, because there is a no return or exchange if you take them for a walk.
Tried to exchange for a half size larger and they woulndn't even consider it. All they had on them was a little dust, didn't even inspect.

Amazingly light weight... Your feet has to get used to it so takes some days to adjust to the feel of the shoe.. These are the best hiking shoes I have ever owned! You wouldn't regret buying this one, thats for sure!

Bought these shoes for my husband as a gift. Ordered his normal size and discovered the shoe runs a 1/2 size small which meant we had to re-order. Checked the local store but it didn't have the larger size. Also discovered that the store doesn't take returns from web orders. You have to mail them back with the 'free shipping' label which really costs you $6.50. He liked them so we reordered. Second pair fit fine. Shoe also runs wide which was great for him. Overall, very happy with shoe. However, Sports Authority should re-evaluate return policy.

I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF MERRILL SHOES AND THESE BY FAR ARE THE ONES I LIKE THE MOST.

The shoe was comfortable, stable and had good traction for about the first three months. I only wore them on occasion not every day and the tread still wore fast. Once the tread began to wear comfort quickly declined. The uppers have lasted for nearly two years now but most of the life of the shoe has been uncomfortable due to the poor sole. Would not recommend.
