Husband and Wife Agree It's Great!!

Comments about Rawlings WORTH 2014 454 Jeff Hall Reload Slowpitch Softball Bat:

My husband and I both use this bat, and we love it! We love that it's a partial end-load, so my husband likes the extra pop, and I come from a fast pitch background, so it's still similar-ish to what I grew up using. If your budget only allows for one bat for both husband AND wife, and something the whole team can use, THIS is the bat!

Just Ok, but only 50 hits so far

Comments about Rawlings WORTH 2014 454 Jeff Hall Reload Slowpitch Softball Bat:

Just got this, have maybe 50 hits on it. It's not bad, but it's not nearly as hot out of the wrapper as my Juggernaut or Freak. Gives some feedback on mishits, but seems to have a large sweetspot. Easy to swing for a 28.5 end load.

I did have one issue, the bat came with a small gouge in it, some paint missing but structurally it seems ok.

I will re-post after 200 hits, which is what I think it will take to open it up. Fingers crossed!

Worth 454 worth every penny...

Comments about Rawlings WORTH 2014 454 Jeff Hall Reload Slowpitch Softball Bat:

To put it simply: this is your team line drive bat. Most of the guys on my team are technically not power hitters, we are more placement hitters and gap shooters. Is it as hot as the expensive D-marini? No, but it has great performance for the price you pay. Great deal at one twenty but I would not buy this bat over one fifty. I can see me using this bat until it breaks, "if" it breaks...

Awesome Bat

Comments about Rawlings WORTH 2014 454 Jeff Hall Reload Slowpitch Softball Bat:

I purchased this bat last June, and used it up until March of this year. I play up to three times a week year-round. It had a lot of pop to it and lots of the women on my team liked it. The weight was perfect for the women and they were getting hits with this bat. The major flaw I've seen with most Worth bats is the endcaps. My endcap was cracked and kept getting worse, so I sent it back before the umps said it was too dangerous to use. I damaged the skin of two softballs by hitting the ball of the end of the damaged bat. Worth sent me a whole new bat. I would recommend this bat, but keep the receipts so if your endcap breaks, you can get the bat replaced for free within a year.

Comments about Rawlings WORTH 2014 454 Jeff Hall Reload Slowpitch Softball Bat:

I play in a Mon night ASA rec league in Anchorage. I bought this bat to have something with a little extra pop than the entry level worth bat I initially purchased. I am very happy with the performance. Even though it is end loaded I can place the ball where I want and it gives me consistent line drives to the fence. My only complaint is that I am deforming too many balls when I hit. The extended sweet spot is really awesome for those of us who can't help but to swing at anything close.
