Nice addition to our 'gym" to provide variety in cardio. Note the display is LCD and is not back-light. You can't see the display without direct lighting. We keep our exercise area dimly light so we can see the TV better. Needed to find a USB powered light in order to see the display. All of our other machines have LED or back-light displays.
I spent a lot of time looking at all the different makes but one of the main designs that I thought was essential was the slide and lock adjustment feature. With more than one user this has to be on the top of everyone's list. I wanted a quality made unit and this fit the bill nicely. It came beautifully packed without a scratch and the directions were excellent. I did notice that when installing the mast the last bolt of the four was difficult to install. The other three bolts had to very loose and I had to put preassure on the mast to get the bolt to thread. I really can't see a little woman being able to accomplish this unless she has a helper. Making the side holes in the mast slightly oblong would fix this assembly problem. The salesman at Sports Authority was very helpful.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
