Comments about Saucony Women's Guide 8 Running Shoes:

I have purchased several different running shoes in the last year to find the perfect one. Everything that has the support my ankles need are overweight and bulky. I prefer the low profile light weight and minimal rise. However my knees don't appreciate the high impact of minimalist running so I have been forced to accept the change in shoe style. I dreaded my first few pairs and kept going back for another shoe. I finally found these Saucony Guides and have been over the top please with the experience. They are light weight and extra roomy. I don't feel weighed down by the shoe and neither my knees or ankles have any complaints about the pain that previously stopped my running. I have been recovering from a running injury and I truly believe that this shoe will help me to reach my goals even faster. I have been able to maintain my 15 miles a week without pain and will be able to start training for a half again soon.
